Tomato Soup | Rich & Creamy

Serves 5
Ingredients
6 medium tomatoes
5-6 small garlic cloves
1 small onion
1/4 cabbage
1 tbsp butter
1 glass water
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
3 tsp salt
cream for garnishing
Instructions
In a pressure cooker, add tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves, cabbage and water. Then pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Once done, put the mixture in a blender jar and blend it well to a smooth puree.
Now witch a sieve, sieve out this puree into a pan and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Now add sugar, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and jeera powder and stir. Then simmer for a minute.
Pour the steaming hot tomato soup in a soup bowl.
Add some cream or butter on top and serve hot.
