Makes 5 Glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl plain curd or yogurt

  • 2 glasses water

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 3 tsp rock salt or kala namak

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 8-10 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend till combined.

  3. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with jeera powder and serve.
