Makes 5 Glasses
Ingredients
1 bowl plain curd or yogurt
2 glasses water
1 tsp jeera powder
3 tsp rock salt or kala namak
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
8-10 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend till combined.
Pour into serving glasses, garnish with jeera powder and serve.
