Stuffed Aloo Kulcha | Stuffed Potato Kulcha | Kids Menu

Makes 2 Stuffed Kulcha

Ingredients

For Filling:

  • 5 boiled potatoes, mashed

  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped

  • Few coriander leaves, chopped

  • 1 capsicum, finely chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp haldi or turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp jeera or cumin powder

  • 1 tsp rai or black mustard seeds

For Kulcha:

  • 4 kulcha slices

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil and rai. Allow them to crackle.

  2. Add green chillies and onions and saute well.

  3. Then add capsicum and add all the spices and salt.

  4. Saute it for 30 seconds. Then add the boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix well.

  5. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.

  6. Turn off the gas, you filling is ready.

  7. To one kulcha slice apply the potato filling and to the other some tomato ketchup. Close the kulcha slices.

  8. Apply some oil to the griller and put the kulcha in. Apply some oil on the top slice and press in some sesame seeds.

  9. Grill the kulcha and your stuffed aloo kulcha are ready!
