Who could have thought that you can even make a pizza, using only potato slices. This one has a unique flavour to it, which you will totally love! The fresh & crispy Potato Pizza.

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 5-6 potatoes, thinly sliced 
- 2 tbsp oil 
- 1 tsp salt or to taste 
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
- 1/2 tsp oregano 
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 
- 1 tbsp pizza topping 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes. 
- In a bowl, add the thinly sliced potatoes. 
- Add oil, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. 
- Mix them well. 
- Divide it into two parts and to one part add some pizza topping sauce. 
- Place a cake tin, without the bottom on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. 
- Add the seasoned potato slices inside it and level them. 
- Now add the pizza sauce seasoned slices over the bottom layer. 
- Bake them at 180˚C for 40-45 minutes or until crisp. 
- Potato-licious Potato Pizza is ready!
