Bhelpuri | Tea-Time Snack | Chatpati Bhel

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

  • 2 potatoes, boiled and finely chopped

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 bowl bhelpuri mix

  • 1 bowl murmure or puffed rice

  • 1 tbsp roasted nuts/peanuts

  • 1 tbsp bhelpuri spice mix

  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1.5 tbsp meethi chutney

  • 1 tbsp green mint chutney

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients first, then the wet ingredients and serve immediately.

  2. Garnish with coriander leaves.
